Measures for the organization of courses from May 18 – Covid-19
Dear all,
We all follow the news carefully, so you will have learned that horse riding is one of the sports that can resume on May 18 under certain conditions, of course.
We are delighted and have put in place all the necessary measures to be able to welcome you safely.
Safety and hygiene measures:
- Time on site will be limited. After your lesson, we ask you to leave the carousel without delay in order to make room for the next one.
- A “young” rider being obliged to be accompanied, can obviously only be accompanied by 1 adult and, preferably, each time the same.
- Cars will be parked in the parking lot below, before the gate.
- Wash your hands scrupulously when you arrive at the carousel, sufficient soap will be provided as well as paper after all.
- During the course, we insist that the guide does not wait at the entrance to the track (why not a short tour of the block on a walk). However, for the little ones, we ask the accompanying person to put the child on a pony and to hold the pony during the lesson if necessary. This obviously in order to respect 1.50m distance.
- Wearing a mask is compulsory when you arrive at the riding school, it must be kept by the rider until he rides his pony. During the course he can remove it. The accompanying person must keep their mask. For children of the baby-pony, less than 8 years old, the mask is not compulsory.
- In order to avoid the exchange of cash we ask you to pay the amount to the pony club BE17 1030 1826 0421 account, when booking, mentioning the child’s first and last name. The lessons will be given in the form of private lessons of 30 minutes only. Why not take out a subscription for 10 sessions + 1 free.
- The rider must come with his bomb and possibly his protective vest because the loan of equipment is prohibited. The reins, saddle and play equipment will be disinfected by us after each session.
- We strongly recommend that you wash your hands again when you leave the arena.
- Thank you for completing this certificate (written by Hugues Dieux -manège Hof te Bever) and to send by email to ponyclub.chantalrega@gmail.com or to provide it to me when you come on site.
Hope to see you again very soon,
Chantal Rega,
